Park Session
Ladywell Fields (meeting point via WhatsApp)
Service Description
A free, open and unstructured training session in the park instead of in the dojo - not run as a structured, "instructor-led" session, but with Instructors there to guide and ensure safety. An excuse to train outside, with a picnic and friends..! Train in sports clothes, but brings mitts and safety equipment. Depending on what you want to train, you may want to bring the dogi top as well to put on/off as needed. Bring picnic food!
