Self protection with GKT women’s football

We’ll spend an hour teaching some basic self protection to the members of the King’s women’s football club. After this, we’ll train some more and/or join our new friends for some football and/or have a picnic. It’ll be a very informal affair. Come along, train, help teach and enjoy yourself!
